ATC SPEED FRIENDATING

ATC SPEED FRIENDATING

On Sunday, 15 April, Astana Toastmasters Club organized SPEED FRIENDATING event. The ATC SPEED FRIENDATING event coincided with the Kazakh Valentine’s Day – Kozy Korpesh pen Bayan Sulu kuni. Very symbolic and romantic! J

Our hosts Jeanne and Beck organized the event: tickets sales, registration, participants’ profiles, program, advertising materials, etc. The theme of the ATC SF event was Spring in Green! Everyone had to wear green clothing or bring a green accessory.

Our first guests started coming at 13:45. Quite early as the Start time was announced at 14:30. J For those who came early we organized a professional photo session by our photographer Anuar Bakty.

When all the 30 people gathered at the venue – Chili Peppers grill bar – we started the SPEED FRIENDATING:

The ATC SF session was divided in three parts, 25 minutes each. During 25 minutes the pairs met 5 new people of opposite sex. Each talk lasted exactly 5 minutes! You had to be quick and precise to get to know a person!

After the SPEED FRIENDATING session participants wrote comments in each other’s profiles. Then they played a game “S/He Knows Me Better”. The ladies answered the questions about gentlemen and vice versa.

ATC SPEED FRIENDATING was very well-organized and very well-accepted by the participants! Everybody had fun, met new people and got to know the old friends better. We are all looking forward for more events from Ulybek Kimanov, ATC VP Events. OLOLO!
