On December 19 there was a fire in the house of an elderly couple (75 years old). Fortunately, nobody was injured, but the family had become homeless, because the property was destroyed by fire. The house was totally burned, and the only thing that old people managed to save is documents. They lost everything they had, all the savings and of course the most important they do not have the roof over their head anymore. The fire was caused by the fault of tenants living next to Viktor Kolesnikov and Valentina Sapronova. The house is divided into three hosts. In the next part of the house all the time tenants were changing. After the fire, residents were gone.
The biggest problem was that innocent people did not even have relatives or children, who could help them with a shelter, food or clothes. And, when the weather is becoming colder day by day it is morally and physically unbearable to handle with such a trouble, especially for elderly family. In spite of the incident, grandfather remained optimistic and confident that he could build a new house by his own hands. But the reconstruction of the house depended on money and construction materials. The spouse asked people to provide them any help they can through the TV channel.
Luckily, there are sill good people in our country. A lot of people responded to the request of the family. Georgio Tsarmani and Yevgenii Tregubov even created page in social network “vkontakte” in order to let more people know about the trouble that happened with V.Kolesnikov and his wife V.Sapronova. Some people provided the elderly with some food, some made a financial help, some brought clothes, some helped with the reconstruction the house. Also, KIMEP’s organization called “Youth Assembly” helped to take out the garbage and clean up the home site. Inna Abdulmanova, Anastasiya Bashlanova, Andrey Glotkin, Natal’ya Rumyanceva, Shamil’ Tulisov and Alexandra Komleva made a huge contribution. This is not a full list of people who made a donation. At the moment, the roof of the destroyed house is almost built. Furthermore, it was collected some sum of money that helped elderly people to survive in this hard times.
Day by day the things are getting better and in the nearest future the family will have a new home. The merit of this is the humanity, understanding, kindness and compassion of strangers. It is wonderful that this case didn’t leave unnoticed.
