People can inform each other about everything which is interesting. So, they will improve their outlooks; will become more intellectual, communicative, etc.

Blogs may have everything in its content. Everyone who creates his own blog in the internet may write there everything he wants. Journalists can write about last news, singers write their last songs, etc. From blogs we can know about problems in our country or in our city, about stars, about business, etc.
