Nexus 7 Charge Issue

What the hell is going on ! I just got my Nexus 7. First NFC problem but solved after that. Now Day 2 : Charging is extremly extremly SLOW !! Like 10% per Hour ... I'm running Stock 4.2.2 with no root or rom Unstalled. Charging with the charger and cable provided with. First and second charge were OK, battery life is Good, but now i'm facing charging problem suddenly. Can anybody help ? i kinda regret this pûrchase, i never had problems with my nexus 4, apparently LG is doing better than asus :/. Solution if anyone have an idea please ?  I will switch to my nexus 4 charger. Great idea to see if the problem is with the cable and charger.

I already tried different outlet and everything is secure, but same slow charging. If this goes on till tomorrow i will try a factory reset, if charging still sucks i will have to buy another cable and charger. If everything fails : i will smash the fucking tablet, make a video fo it, post it on youtube and send it to asus ... i should have bought a samsung tablet and follow my intuition :( Yes will do do a hard reset tomorrow and if things r the same i'll buy a new nexus 7 charger&cable.

I hope things will work out well  but my nexus 4 is ok though LOL we use same european standards here, all tablets, phones and every electronic thing use same power as any country ! like 220v ! that's standard whatever the country is.soon i'll blow up the whole tablet

My original charger had some issues before. Try plugging it into a different outlet and make sure its secured to the outlet well. Mine randomly started working again after a while. Otherwise, try a different cable/charger. Do note that the original charger is 2 amps, so make sure you find a compatible charger. I think the Nexus 4 uses a 1 amp charger, which will work, but will be potentially slower.

Though come to think of it, I think my N4 charger does more than 10% per hour, so using your N4 charger might be a good way to know if it's your charger that's having issues Samsung is shit. But anyways, I've never really had a problem with my Nexus 7 android tablets. Works great. The 4.2 update and onward made it a lot more sluggish than it was before, but aside from that and my charger block acting up for a couple of days, I've really never had any problems with it.

Oh, another thing to try is to fully drain your tablet and fully recharge it a couple of times. Sometimes a deep power cycle will get things going again. It should reset Android's battery stats stuff, and help it know how long it needs to charge.Other than that, I don't think I know of any more tricks. Hope it goes well though.
