All application forms and instructions for the UGRAD 2013-2014 program are now available on the IREX website here: http://www.irex.org/application/global-undergraduate-exchange-program-eurasia-and-central-asia-global-ugrad-fellowship-a and the application materials are attached to this email.
Please feel free to send to any interested parties or groups. Specifically if you have any contacts with disabled rights groups or any disadvantaged or marginalized population groups please send them our way as we want to make a concerted effort at getting the application materials to them for distribution.
