Positive energy. Both the foundation of everything I've done in my life and the MorningCoach.com system are based on positive energy. They are based on understanding that if you put out positive energy instead of negative energy, you will achieve better results. This is not only practical but also metaphysical. I know that no matter how much positive energy I put out, I am not going to be able to play for the Miami Heat. There are not many 5' 9” 165-pound, 43-year-old basketball players at the professional level. What I do know is that if I put positive energy into what I love, and if that's basketball, I may work for an organization, and I can be a part of what I love to do.

 

Being positive and putting positive energy out into the world just makes life so much better. The issue is that it can be challenging at times when you are living in a negative environment. Today, I'm going to give you some tips and ideas on keeping that positive energy flowing into the world.

 

Simplify your life. The first step in achieving more positive energy is to simplify your life. Many of us are charging so hard after so many things that we tend to become negative when those things don't happen immediately. Slow down and take a look at the next experience that you want to manifest and how can you get there. Then look to simplify your life. Get rid of clutter, the mental and physical things you're holding onto. Release the things that are holding you back. I know this can be challenging, but in order to bring more positive energy into your life, you need to create that space.

 

You can make a choice. Understand that it is your choice to either be positive or negative. Those feelings don’t result from what other people do to you. You allow those people to make you feel a certain way. Only you can make that decision. If other people are pushing your buttons, you are allowing them to be pushed. Make the decision to be positive today, and start in this moment.

 

Have a self-improvement plan. I am probably preaching to the choir, as you are a MorningCoach.com member, but it is critical that you have a self-improvement plan. Whatever you are working on currently that is going to take you to the next level, the key is to keep growing and moving forward. Of course, one of the best ways you can do this is to purchase a MorningCoach.com membership and be here daily. Then I would suggest that you work on a few things just for pleasure or for wealth attainment that will help you move forward. For example, the four things that I am working on are grammar, Spanish, teaching deeper spirituality and golf.

 

Learn to say no. It is important to be able to say no. This can be extremely challenging when you're at work or you’re building a business. Nothing will hold you back more than having too many projects going on at one time and then taking on something new when somebody asks you. Manage your projects, improvement and overall productivity by making sure you don't have too many things going on at once. This will keep you more positive and give you more energy. It is okay to say no.

 

Stay present. In order to stay positive, you cannot live in the past or the future. Many people are stuck in thinking about what is going to happen in the future, or they can't move past the past. The power is in this present moment.

 

Get proper nutrition and exercise. In order to have positive energy that flows, you have to exercise and get proper nutrition. There is no shortcut. Get help from a healthcare professional if needed. Take your time to make every meal a spiritual meal, and get your body moving. Energy creates energy. That means when you move and exercise, you start to feel more energy. Starting today, make sure you're on the plan to eat right and exercise.
